Bio:

Kate Organ has 20+ years clinical and leadership experience within the NHS. She founded the Menopause Specialists LTD, a menopause and PMDD clinic after not getting the help she needed during her own perimenopause.

Kate is a consultant clinical pharmacist with expertise in optimising HRT for women who struggle with unresolved symptoms or side effects of treatment.

As a previous mental health specialist Kate is passionate about working with women whose menopausal symptoms have impacted their mental well-being.

She campaigns for increased awareness of the psychological symptoms of the menopause and misdiagnosis of mental health conditions during the perimenopause and menopause transition.

Kate holds the British Menopause Societies advanced certificate and has numerous post-graduate clinical qualifications specialising in menopause and mental health, she is one of only a few clinicians working in hormone and mental health within the UK.
