Mr. Vikram Sinai Talaulikar is the co-founder of the Menopause Clinic London on Harley Street along side menopause expert, Professor Isaac Manyonda. He has dedicated his career to helping women with their
reproductive problems, in particular those associated with premature menopause.
The clinic is dedicated to the provision of world class health care to women during perimenopause and menopause. Vikram Talaulikar is an Associate Specialist at the Reproductive Medicine Unit in University College London Hospital NHS Trust and an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the University College London.
His clinical interests include reproductive endocrinology, assisted conception, premature menopause and menopause.He holds a doctorate from the University of London and is a medical degree specialising in
Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Goa Medical College and University in India.
He has published extensively in the area of reproductive medicine and runs a busy menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency clinic at University College London Hospital.He is a member of numerous professional bodies including the International Menopause Society, the British Menopause Society, and a certified Menopause Specialist.

Professor Isaac Manyonda,
BSc MBBS PhD MRCOG FICOG (Hon).
Professor Manyonda is Lead Clinician and Consultant Gynaecologist at the The Menopause Clinic, in Harley St, London. He has more than 25 years’ experience in caring for women with menopausal symptoms and is a member of the British Menopause Society and a certified Menopause Specialist.
The clinic is dedicated to the provision of world class health care to women during perimenopause and menopause. It also focuses on premature menopause (premature ovarian failure), with his co-founder and specialist in fertility issues, Mr Vikram Talaulikar taking the lead in those areas.
Professor Isaac Manyonda is also a Senior Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at St. George’s Hospital, South London, and Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at St George’s University of London. He was appointed to the Consultant staff in 1994 and over the past two decades has introduced numerous innovations to the service including setting up a pioneering dedicated Myoma Clinic, and a busy service for women who experience recurrent miscarriages.
He has undertaken ground breaking research, some of which has been published in prestigious and high impact factor journals including the New England Journal of Medicine, Nature, Lancet and the BMJ and is an accomplished minimally invasive surgeon.
